No. Every founding client build follows the same fixed-price, fully licensed, warrantied process as any project we take on — the only difference is the added services included at no cost.
Why only 3 spots?
Owner-led oversight only scales so far. Limiting this to three homes ensures every founding client gets the level of attention promised.
What happens after the 3 spots are filled?
This offer won't be repeated. Future clients still receive our standard fixed-price guarantee and warranty, but the founding client extras are exclusive to this initial group.
